As the snow came down on us Bostonians hard today, I braved the weather and went outside to shoot what people wear during this storm.

     These are my favorite pants, and that is all. These pants paired with one of my favorite Love Quote scarves just makes me happy. Considering I love to laugh, and find that laughing is the best cure; when I first saw the chance to photograph here I jumped on it. Constantly I find that surrounding myself around funny uplifting people is so much easier than hanging around deadweights. Laugh as often as possible, and at anything you can. It truly makes life so much easier. 

I can only imagine what goes on in the Laugh Factory.

Stripes& Skulls Will Break..

      ..My bank account. Lately I am so into mixing different prints and patterns together it has gotten a little out of hand. Stripes, tribal print, and skulls are just a few of my favorite things right now. I have never been one on stripes and right now I am SO into them, especially this neon top from GAP.
      Again you see the familiar face of my friend Lauren who was oh so kind to let me photograph her while we were together (clothes just look better on tall people...) I styled her in a very casual-easy to throw together- day outfit. Leather leggings, with this neon stripes mixed in with the skulls is magic to my eyes. Try mixing patterns together, it gives a boring outfit a little kick. Give people something to look at.

Chanel Gloves

Ignore my bad hair day please, and thank you. While in NYC with my family over the hoilday, my mom gifted me with these AMAZING Chanel fingerless gloves designed by Karl Larerfeld. I mean, if he can rock them, so can I.

Hot blue

     If you know me at all you know that I love black. Black on black on black everything but lately I have been really pushing the limit. Especially in this outfit; a BRIGHT blue dress with silver studs on it from Urban Outfitters. I got so many compliments when I wore this, and even went back and bought it in hot pink...(SO not me) Obviously brights are in right now. I feel so happy and giddy when I wear such bright colors.




      When we saw this pink wall, on Melrose, and it just made the color look even better. The combination of both of these bright colors is beautiful. Loving the way these turned out.

Best Week Ever

     Here are my thoughts on New York Fashion Week so far. Obviously Alexander Wang, Tory Burch, Michael Kors and the usuals have killed it. However my favorite I have seen has got to be Prabal Gurung, not only is he adorable, he is brilliant. As of now the color schemes, patterns, the hats, and how he started off the show with BLACK, and ended with white just made my heart sing. BUT Proenza Schouler goes on in about two hours, and if they keep up what they are doing they may give Prabal a run for my favorite shows so far..we shall see.
      It really kills me that I have to watch all of these shows on my computer, but it is probably the best view in my house and what else would I do. One day I will be in NYC during this week, and my life with be complete. Until then I will sit on the couch glued to my computer and dream of this magical moment

To Whom It May Concern.

     4 Years ago Ashley and I sat, on Valentines day, in a Starbucks for about 3 hours talking about life, love, and everything in between. I think we can both say that is what started our friendship. So not only is today a special day for lovers, it's a special day for us as best friends. I can honestly say thank god for being single ladies which allowed us to run to each other on that day and fall so in love with each other like we did! Now we each have our own man friends, but we will always be each others best valentine :)

Happy Valentines Day. Whatever it is that makes you happy, do it.

L.A. Times

      Last weekend was spent in the beautiful city of Los Angeles. I always love going down there for a change of scenery& change of pace. It is a nice little get away for me. to hide away in and be inspired by. Especially when one of my best friends is out there. Considering Lauren is a model it always helps when she lets me style and photograph her. I think these may be some of my favorite pictures I've ever taken....

Park Avenue

     So you all know that usually we don't really put up pictures of ourselves, however sometimes we break the rules. This time was definitely an exception. How adorable right roomate& decided to team up and go take pictures for one of her photojournalism classes. Luckily it worked out for both of us; I got a blog out of it, and she hopefully got an A on the assignment. We went to a local park to shoot these and ended up spending the entire day shooting. You could say we are like totes bffs. *I even offered her to join the team and be the official photographer...
